The Mayan is Lina Point's signature overwater restaurant, designed to honor ancient Maya. Guests arrive by golf cart across the bridge and ascend dramatic stairs representing Xibalba, then rise through the roots of the sacred Ceiba tree into a second-floor dining room centered around an illuminated Ceiba hand-crafted by Maya artisans.

Mon – Sat from 7:00 AM: Breakfast Brunch Overwater service begins with full food and beverage menus. Closed Sundays.
Tuesday & Thursday at 10:00 AM: Belizean Fry Jack Class — $45 USD per person.
Friday at 10:00 AM: Cocktail Class at The Mayan — $49 USD per person.
Service closes at 2:00 PM. No dinner service.

Booking Notes

The Mayan serves Breakfast Brunch Overwater Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Closed Sundays.
Class seats are limited and start at 10:00 AM — Fry Jack on Tuesdays & Thursdays, Cocktail Class on Fridays.
Class bookings and table bookings are managed separately to keep brunch service smooth.
Pre-booking is strongly recommended, especially for Fry Jack and Cocktail Class days.
