Welcome to Lina Point Overwater Resort. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Guest”, “you”, or “your”) and Lina Point Overwater Resort (“Resort”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, https://linapoint.com (the “Site”), and booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a stay at our Resort. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Booking

To book a stay, you must provide accurate and current information. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Rates and Payment

Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our Site.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate or package selected. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific details:

  • Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Promotional Rate: Non-refundable and may have stricter cancellation policies.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-In

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.2 Check-Out

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave appropriately and comply with all Resort policies, including but not limited to:

  • No smoking in no-smoking areas
  • No disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests or staff
  • Adherence to safety protocols and instructions

Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lina Point Overwater Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Site or our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site or during your stay at the Resort.
